could some one help me out a bit, i have cs3 and id like to do some HDR, how do i do it? i have 3 images of the same thing in diffrent exposures but how do i get the HDR effect, please help cheers.

The easiest way is to go and get photomatix from HDRSoft. Its not particularly expensive.

HDR in Photoshop is a pain in the arse if I recall correctly.
 
how much is it and here can i get it?

just out of interest how much is photomatix. Im at work so i cant acess this particular site :D
 
photomatix pro is $99 the bundle with plugins is $199 (usa dollars)
 
are the plugin's necessary? What are they? 99$ isnt bad really is it
 
Google photomatix pro and you will get results for $141.92 on CDrom for windows and I think it said Vista
