HDR Panorama help

I have the newest Lightroom
With HDR and stitching tools built in.

I usually use Photomattix to
Stitch 3-5 shot HDR and find it works well.

What I want to do is stitch a panorama of say 5 shots per frame over 5 frames.

What is the best way to do this with my software? Stitch each exposure together than HDR the 5 panoramas or do I process each frame into a HDT first?

I would build the panoramas first and then HDR them, especially if using Photomattix's Chemically Ruin your Photos button AKA Tone Mapping.

I am having difficulty with this. I build the panoramas for each exposure in lightroom and stitch. Fine. I can't then import these into photo matrix and when I try HDR in Lightomm I get a "unable to merge" message. Any ideas?

It would not occur to me to try it that way. I would use PTAssembler which can both fuse and create the panorama.

"Unable to merge" might mean that the size of file is simply too big to be worked on in your programme.

Did this one all in LR as an experiment. HDR first then Pano. Made from 8 hand held shots with 3 exposures each.View attachment 38546
