Hdew cameras - not answering the telephone

Hi,
Has anybody had any recent dealings with this company? I ordered a lens from HDEW and they don't answer the phone and I have not heard anything from them via email.

Hi James, The number you have quoted is the sales number.

The number that I have is :- 020-3411-7067 which is a direct talk line and always works for me.

I have dealt with hdew several times - in fact have a current order for a Nikon df - always found them very good and reliable . never had a prob contacting them either phone or email. I'm sure your lens will be on the way. enjoy.
 
I got an answer on the 0208 number earlier today. Doesnt open till 10 though...
