I wasn't sure where to post this but i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on purchasing a HD Camcorder priced between £150-£200, i want to use it to create some short handheld camera films, amongst other things, any advice would be greatly appreciated..

I just bought my 1st HD camcorder. One thing I learned whilst researching my purchase was that cheaper models don't have an HD sensor. They keep the cost down by using a lower res sensor and interpolate to produce the 1080. I felt that kind of defeated the purpose of buying HD so I spent a bit more and bought a Panasonic HD90. Seems ok so far but haven't really had chance to try it out too thoroughly.
