I was looking for a large softbox for my speedlight or alternatively an umbrella. I will be using this as a main light for food photography, working mostly in very dim environment. First question:
1) Do you think one speedlight softbox + reflectors will be enough to light food products?

My concern is that light will be reflected, then diffused and as a result it will not be strong enough.
Any thoughts?
