Yes
got hom from the Yorkshire Sculpture park after a top day with paul and Asha, ended up at the pub and the curry house, late home curfew busted, anyhow....

in a random forgetfull moment I opened the back of the practica TL3 without rewinding the film, a quality 36exp shagfa-vista. I closed it pretty pronto and rewound and removed.

Is it pumped?

Difficult to say - depends on how intense the light conditions were during the period it was opened, which varies a lot. You may have only a small amount of fogging on part of the roll, or more extensive fogging on a lot of the roll.

it was low light conditions in the kitchen 20 mins ago while raiding the fridge for another cider.

That wouldn't have happened on digital... :D

You've probably lost a shot or two but hopefully no more than that! Whatever's rolled up should be fine.

You all cidered out now? I'm contemplating another Tyskie!

Possibly a few - surely you'll still do the roll anyway so fingers crossed.

Cider - Meh

Hopefully should be okay, if you end up with some shots with the orange light leak flare you can upload them to Instagram and nobody will notice :D

Well I did something similar recently, but depending on the brightness of the background light, one frame will be ruined and the frames either side will probably have a exposed cast down one side....so it could be possible to crop it out.

So that's what Instagram is for.. Never really 'got it' before !!

I opened the back of my Pentax without having wound the flm back (I'd been walking along winding the wrong way... and the winder knob fell off just as the back opened). It was quite bright, and I ended up with repeating vertical splashes on most frames, but not all; some of the first frames (tightest wound on the spool) were completely fine. It's definitely worth processing.

I just forgot to rewind it in the park, i usually rewind straight away but it was in that leather case so i just didnt. it was only open for a few seconds and it was not in strong light, also its a 36exp so there was plenty wound on the spool,

That's why I've always preferred a camera with automatic rewind and a muppet lock which stops you opening the back with a film loaded... Saved me countless mistakes :D

Get 'em souped - the ones at the start of the roll will be fine, last few may be a bit munged, but what the hell...

OT:I'd love a instagram filter that does the "Holga Foam Eating" trick...

(for those who don't remember, we had one roll from Helga that was "in camera edited" this way)

That's a blast from the past, how is Helga? I miss the happy times we spent together

Still recovering from the journey would perhaps be the kindest way of describing her condition

Haven't had time over the summer to shoot anything to be honest, so all the cameras are feeling a little neglected at the moment.

Stupidly did this at a wedding, was on a mission to get a decent shot of the Bride's sister looking normal, not pulling facebook expressions for he camera and it had to happen on that roll! Lots of it was just blown out, most of it had rad shifted and there was a lot of bleed round the sprocket holes into the frame. I got the all important frame and it was as above, but looked kinda cool:

Well its going in the box to Peak, lets seewhat comes out
