Have I done the right thing?

Well, after wanting this lens for a while now I kept putting myself off of it because of the cost.

I kept having people telling me to just buy it as I will be happy with it. After hearing that sigma are raising their price's due to the £ being weak I decided I should just slap it on the credit card. Just because I've never used the credit card (I do have the money right now but thought I'd help my credit rating a bit).

Nothing like a new toy to add to the collection. Sure you will enjoy it. Ive been out all mornign with my new 24 - 100 L, hehe.

It seems a very popular lens and I've not heard any horror stories about them so fingers crossed.

Just wish I had it today as I'm heading to china town again for the new year celebrations.

ex dg is sigma's top spec in lenses, and f2.8 wow.
its only money.
weve had no bother from any of our sigmas(all ex's).
