Well from the latest films back from AG it looks like there is a light leak in one of my A12 backs. I can see from previous threads others have fixed this, so my questions are, where is the best source of replacements seals kits and how easy, or difficult a job is it? I have replaced lots of seals on 35mm cameras but this I think is a different task. Any advice gracefully received.

I was happy with the seals I bought and installed (aside from needing to trim down slightly, which is hardly an issue). Alternatively, there is an Italian eBay seller advertising seals for just under £8 delivered.

It's been asked before :) The thread has some feedback too.

I found a youtube vid:

Looks no more difficult than for a 35mm camera.

Good luck!

Thanks Ken, the video is helpful too

Thanks Freecom, I have just found the Italian seller, I think I will give them a go. I though I might as well do all three of my backs given it is probably only a matter of time before they begin to leak too!

I did mine with some help from a Camera Club member who has a workshop -- he had the very small screwdriver to fit the screws to undo the frame on the back.To hold the foam strip I cut a piece of exposed and processed 120 film and folded that over and it all worked !

Bit of a late response but I replaced the seals on my three of my backs and it was pretty easy. I bought the seals form a guy in Italy via eBay. They were really good quality, had good instructions and cost about £9 each with postage. For anyone needing to replace seals in their A12 backs it is a pretty straight forward and non technical process. Some threads to follow as I test them all! Excuse the electric camera image.
