Has anyone used the Laowa 12mm 95mm filter adapter?

Hi all

I'm looking at purchasing the adaptor but can't find any feedback on it online - ideally I'm wanting to get a normal UV filter for protection and then an ND1000 for long exposure work, but how slim do they need to be to avoid vignetting?
