Has anyone got any experience with this studio lighting kit?

This is my first post here :) and I hope you can help.

I stumbled across this kit while looking to buy a camera bag and it looks quite good.

Obviously I am not expecting miracles given that this kit is only £400 whereas you can end up spending thousands on studio lighting which would be far far out of my budget.

What I am mainly looking for is a kit with which I can learn studio lighting from as I personally have always found it best learning through actually doing something. All I am really asking is,
1) Is this kit safe to use at home (have heard some stuff about some of the dirt cheap kits being a fire risk)
2) Is it sturdy, I know the build quality isn't going to be magnificent, but I dont want it falling apart on me within after a month or two or the bulbs blowing after a week
3) Is this one of the best kits around this price level or are there any for around the same price or cheaper that are better that I can get.

Any advice would be appreciated, I am completely new to strobes and flash

Ironic thing is after googling lencarta i saw some posts by garry and thought I should contact this guy

I am liking to look of the starter kit but would you recommend going for the two softboxes, two umbrellas or one of each

There's no right or wrong answer, but personally I recommend 1 umbrella and 1 softbox for most people, most of the time.

If budget allows, it might be better to get the 2 x umbrella kit and buy a softbox of the size/shape that suits you, rather than stick with the kit option.
