Has anyone ever claimed through HDEW?

Well, I have done some extensive research on the HDEW company and I can't see any bad word about them. Now then, has anybody ever made a claim through them?

Yeah. I want to know if anyone had a fault and hot the warranty procedure worked.

Not me personally but a mate did, apparently all the work is done by Nikon authorised repairer A. J. Johnstone in Scotland, he had some serious issues with the shutter after 70,000 actuations and it was relaced with a brand new one with a full service and sensor clean thrown in free, turnaround was an impressive 4 days.
