Hi
Has anybody used this speedlight type flash below, I have ordered it to use on my Nikon D90 and also wireless triggers.
I am doing a basic recreational photography course at the local college and the Lecturer recommended these.
I don,t really want to spent a fortune until I decide what type of images a want to do, what do you think?

I haven't used this flash but I know loads of people recommend the Yongnuo range. I have the yongnuo 560 iii. It's a manual flash so no TTL but that doesn't bother me. They're about £45. There are more expensive models which do TTL and manual if you're prepared to spend a few quid more.

Just saw you'd ordered it so no point recommending yongnuo then, lol! I'm sure it will be grand and you'll get you're monies worth :-)

Wouldn't you normally ask then order?

The remotes are "pants" to be honest, range is very poor.

The flash looks ok though - looking at it, it has zoom and ttl but I dont see 2nd curtain or high-speed. Spend some extra and go for the pingpong 568exii (canon and nikon versions, think this link is for the canon one)

and spent a little extra on the triggers - these havent failed me yet, have a good range and batteries last a good while.
