The Captain Phillips film yet? Looking to go this week if possible, spoke to a friend of mine and his wife who seen it yesterday. Asked if they had a good time. Their reply was, after a pretty restless night they were both just getting over it. My mate said it was almost a snuff movie, very poweful and harrowing etc, and it is not a film he would reluctantly watch a second time. Tom as usual played a very good role as did the rest of the cast.

I was looking at the book in Tesco - with that story line it was never going to be a fluffy bunny film

No doubt you and your matey mate would do well in a Puff movie :p

Wife & I went to the cinema last night to see this film, it was superb non-stop action from beginning to end, When Tom Hanks is in a movie nowadays you can be pretty sure it's going to be a good one.

Brilliant film, watched it the other evening and thought it was a typical Tom Hanks movie - good all rounder. Plenty of action for one of those real life scenarios etc, I still left the cinema wanting to kill the pirates myself, they were very well portrayed by the actors.
