HarmanLab (Ilford) updated 35mm scan sizes

Just had an email from Ilford/HarmanLab saying they've increased the size of their 35mm scans as follows

The email I received also says that the Std-Res and Mid-Res are "Auto Balanced but NOT inspected for dust".
Hi-Res Scans are described as "Inspected, balanced and with dust spots removed".
All scans list Digital ICE on C41 films but since this does not work on conventional B&W films can we assume that it is done manually on B&W in the Hi-Res category?
I suspect not. (Not a pessimist, more of a realist.)
