Hey all,

I have a few threads in here now :| Don't want anyone to think I'm littering the place! Sorry!

I'm looking for a case for my RZ67 as my lowepro backpack isn't ideal for me.

Either a shoulder bag, or hard case/brief case esque would be ideal.

Any recommendations?

Thanks alot

Danny

Budget? otherwise I'd say Peli

if that is too rich you can get decent peli clones from the likes of CPC and maplin.

saw your post and thought my hard case might be suitable....but I can't find a makers name on it anywhere :( Anyway I've used a backpack for my RB67 with extra lens whilst cycling.

I've just picked up one of those Maplin Rugged Cases for my Bronica - got sick of it collecting dust on the end of the bench.

It's not too bad - pity it's not lockable, but apart from that it's sound enough.

Holds the Bronica, 2 backs, 2 lenses , 2 lens hoods, a couple of filters and plenty of space for the lightmeter and a few random wires and bits and bobs.

The Peli-Case clone that they do is pretty decent - though again not lockable (it is drilled for padlocks/zipties on the corners iirc) and a tad bigger than the one I ended up with.

I have the same case as Mark.. does the job, excellent for storage and keeping the kit clean and protected in the boot of the car..

For day-to-day shooting though, it's a Lowepro Fastpack 300 if I want to carry more than one lens with a spare back. Otherwise for just one lens and a spare back it's one of the cheap Aldi shoulder bags that were available a few weeks ago.

What size Maplin Rugged case is that? I'll just grab one of those I think :)

Depends how portable you want it to be?

That auction site has loads of flight cases, very cheap, otherwise Thinktank ones will last you forever :)

This... pelis will last forever, but its so much nicer to work out of a thinktank - you considered and airport international?

Doesnt need to be mobile really, I don't shoot landscapes, usually studio or locations that would be near a car park

I don't wanna buy a cheapo knock off from ebay really the last thing I want is for the latches to fall apart and everything to spill out :(
