Janice I'm not familiar with the Rodings I'm afraid but it sounds like a nice area - we're close to Chingford and it has its moments :-)

I used to go to Loughton County High School for girls and we used to go cross country running round Connaught Waters! (what a sight!!!)

I am North of Ongar but south of Dunmow.
