Oh what a busy day, appointments with consultants and docs filled most of the day. However I've now finished cardiac rehab and got the all clear, so its back to work full time now. Also me diabetes review was all good news, so it looks like I'm fit for at least another year

Having a couple of days away this weekend in Harrogate, so if the weathers kind I should be able to kick start the photography
