Just happened to spot that it was our wonderful resident weatherman and cartoonists birthday and though this really should be marked..

So happy birthday and I hope you have a great one

Not forgetting everyone else who were born on this day happy birthday to you all

@Ian D J I guess you will be drawing your own card then Ian?
:D

Have a good one (y)

Awww, thanks! But, nope, having a rest from my own awesomeness for today. :D

Congratulations Ian, you made it to another one :D

Happy Birthday Ian, hope its a lovely relaxing one accompanied by plenty of purrs from the lil man and some cake!! :D:banana:

Right now, Jet is on my chest with his face tucked under my chin. He has mellowed out a lot since he had the snip last Wednesday. But I shall get some donuts for myself at least.

Happy Birthday Ian, have a good one, hope the weather is kind to you :D

Have a great day Ian, and enjoy the snuggles!:)

Cheers all.

The weather isn't being that inspiring at the moment, quite cool and cloudy with bits of brightness and is quite damp after overnight showers.

Just how I like it. (y) :naughty:

Happy birthday Ian..I hope it's a good one down there! :-)

Have a good one from a wet and rainy Norfolkshire (xcweather did not predict this today!!!)

It is coming along nice and quiet and uneventful, just how I like it.

Actually, funny you should say that as I have noticed how a band of showery rain has spent most of today hovering over the East Anglia area, but here at this end of Kent, it's actually turning out quite pleasant with some cloud and some sunny bits. Not quite el-scorchio BBQ bikini conditions but it suits me fine.

There is going to be a warm up as we go into next week, reaching 25 C (77 F) over the South East by Wednesday - but it doesn't look like lasting into the next weekend I'm afraid. However, I do think Summer will try and find its feet properly by the second week of July if the medium range charts are anything to go by. All a long way off in forecasting terms, of course.

He's just searching for the jugular vein to wreak his revenge for the "cruellest cut of all"!

Many happy returns, Ian - getting older but not growing up?

Actually, come to think of it, he has been suckling harder than normal lately.

Indeed, looking old and with a knackered bladder but still feeling young at heart and mentally.
