Half A4 (but not A5) Envelopes & Where to get them?

Two questions:

Does anyone know if there is an official name for the size that is half A4 but folded long ways, not short...which would give you A5.

Secondly does anyone know of anywhere that stocks envelopes to fit this size. Had a brain wave to try and produce some panoramic greetings cards, but can't find damn envelopes anywhere!

Half A4 longway is common in Japan and known as chou 1.

don't think that helps much.

Thanks for the help guys Sods law as soon as I post this I find something useful.

Seems there are a few sizes that fit, I found these http://www.worldofenvelopes.com/acatalog/305x127-legal-envelopes.html#a462SS which seem to be a standard size for some legal thing, but seem perfect and are 60% off so think I am going to give them a go.
