Even better, cat played with the lead from my Hahnel remote and damaged it

Rang them up about buying a new one and they replaced it free of charge, sort of customer service that keeps a customer, know it has worked on me
 
Think that might just be taking advantage of their excellent service and generosity :)

Makes a nice change that a company even responds to an email let alone actually selling spares too
