hi people,
i watched a documentry/film the other night on channel 4 called gypsy blood,
the photographer and film maker was leo maguire, the hole program was very well shot and very :cuckoo:, but there was a few still shots of a gypsy coming out of hospital that really caught my eye (portrait shots), anyway i was wondering if anybody saw it and could give me an idea as to what type of lens the photographer was using?
cheers

No didn't see it but I read about Leo last year. He uses a 5d mk2 I believe.
I'll have to catch it on 4 on demand.

Can't help you sorry, but I watched it myself last night and was really really impressed with both the photography and the whole production in general, thought the culture was really refreshingly conveyed, the filming and editing were brilliant. I wondered though how come that guy had a pro tig with him to record the images; then I realised Doh! the incident obviously happened during the documentary making :bonk:

yeah, i think Loe spent about 3 years with the community to get a real insight to their lifestyle, his website is amazing!
