Guaranteed 2 day delivery...my a*$%!!

I had to send a flash head back to Lencarta for repair last Friday, because of its size it had to go Parcelforce express48 guaranteed 48 hr delivery.
It still hasn't arrived!!! in fact it's still only showing on the tracking as at national hub! that's stage 3 of 6, still got to reach local delivery depot, then-out for delivery, then arrived.
Not very impressed!
Apparently I can claim 25% refund as compensation, if I can be bothered spending hours filling out forms and waiting months!!!

Well yes, but at least you have the option of cancelling the contract and going elsewhere.
