Im not sure if this is the best place to put this, but any admin, feel free to move this to the best place
Well, after booking my photolinaker beginners course through Groupon, my booking date had come round. Despite being a little dubious about it being on 'April fools day' I was pleasantly surprised.
The course was actually run by www.townhousephotographic.com and it was a brilliant introduction, starting off with basic fundamentals and going on to cover much more then I expected from a 'beginners' course. The course tutors were experienced and had a high level of technical knowledge. The combination of theory in the morning, with the opportunity to put it into practice both indoors and outdoors in the afternoon worked really well, and I left knowing a lot more then I did when I arrived.
If anyone else is looking for a 'starting out' course in the Stoke area, you could do hell of a lot worse then getting in contact with Paul and Mark.
Heres the results of the day.... well some of the better ones. Im sure they arent gonna set the world of photography on fire but Im chuffed with them.... although they are all far from perfect, but its a start
