Group Photography suggestions

Hi folks. Have been asked to take a group picture of about 25 people at my workplace. Was thinking of the stereotypical picture from higher up looking down onto the group, but any suggestions welcome.

?does your company have initials - ?could then have them spelling out the letters (no idea if this would work photographically or practically)
