Hi Everyone!

I was pointed to this site by a friend at work as I'm very new to photography and want to learn more. I've borrowed a Nikon D40 and after 9months of experimenting I think I'm in love!

Occasionally I get a fairly decent shot, but this is a complete fluke as I have no idea what I'm doing! I'm looking to learn now, so here goes...

Welcome Emma. I am relativelly new here too, already received lots of very helpful ad ice and support, it is a very good forum
