My name is Max and I live in the conjoined city of Brighton and Hove. I am a returner, having tinkered with film photography as a student, then moved onto digital in earnest about seven years ago. I have been tinkering with that too, but decided I should really pay it some attention and have spent the last year or so getting to grips with the technical aspects. I am improving, but still lots more work to do and I look forward to learning on here.

I have specialised in the weird but very useful area of toy photography. However, I have recently braved the Big Bad World and have been photographing cemeteries over the last few months. No less weird but just as useful.
