Hello all,
I'm Paul, nudging the big five-oh and been into photography since the early '70s, and got more serious in the late '80s. Have been through Instamatic, Cosmic 35, Iloca rangefinder, Pentax AF compact then Minolta MF SLRs, AF SLRs, digital compact, KM DSLR and now have two Sony DSLRs but do a lot of my photography these days with a Lumix bridge camera (FZ38 which is really very good).
I've travelled all over the world and live in a very underrated part of the UK - we have some of the country's most beautiful scenery here.
I photograph places, landscapes, events, sunrises and sunsets, and the night sky - I am also an amateur astronomer. I shoot video as well and do lots of other techie stuff with computers.
So, looking forward to meeting new folk here!
