Great service from the guys at Three Legged Thing :)

I was on the lookout for a new tripod , I saw a few videos on youtube from the guys at Three Legged Thing saying that they look after their customers , I liked the look of their tripods so I went for it and got one. I love it , its great I'm very happy with it , and I also wanted to say that the after sales service is as good as they said it would be , its spot on , I lost a small bolt on the Q/release plate so Emailed TLT and within 30 mins they got back to me asking for my address , the next email I got was one telling me they had posted the bolt out to me , no charge .so great tripods and great service just as it should be . I got the bolt and one spare in the post the very next day,, anyway just wanted to tell everyone because for once its a good story about a company so I think they deserve the compliment.

Yes, we had the same when my monopod bag went "missing" ... Great. Going to visit their stand at the the photography show...

I had a problem with a leglock on my TLT monopod, and they sent a replacement part next day.
Great after care.
You also get a 5 year warranty with their kit
