Gravity

Youre right, I didnt see ANY gravity in the whole film!!
LOL
Actually I'd certainly not want to go into space with her (how ever cute she is)She broke just about everything she touched :D
And then to "do" a Sigourney Weaver" vest and knickers shot, well that was just plagerism :D

Plagerism maybe, but im sure she pulls it off better than SW....ooerr :sorry:

Actually I didn't think she did TBH :(
The original is (almost) always the best ;)

Not to mention SW was a lot younger when she did it. Not that I'd point my jet pac the other way with SB mind.

Meanwhile, anyone seen Rush or Prisoners yet? I fancy one of those this weekend. Probably Prisoners.

Gotta admit, I wasn't that keen on her (SB) with short hair, it made her look a little chisel faced IMO.

No, not seen either of those. I did hear that both were a little bit meh...

I watched that last week and I thought it was the biggest pile of sh . . . cack I have ever seen. That is two hours of my life and £4.99 as a downloaded content I will never get back.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one with that kind of thinking. Okay, the whizz bang graphics may just about work as a 3D feature in a cinema but when transferred to as a HD film viewed on a standard 40 inches LCD telly, it shows the film for what it really is. As in rubbish.

In fact, it was this very thing which prompted me to come up with this doodle . . .

...and now I know the ending :bat:
Oops.

Some films I have seen recently and enjoyed. Just to show that I don't find every film 'meh' (you'll get my level as well after this):

Olympus has Fallen
Thor 2
Pacific Rim
Iron Man 3
Captain Philips
Red 2
Riddick

Now now.....It was only 90 minutes

I have Pacific Rim and Iron Man 3 on Blu-Ray, but havent seen any of the others. I enjoyed the first 'Red' movie, so will be watching Red 2 at some point. The only one out of those that I have no interest in is Riddick. Bored of that franchise now.

Oh well, I dont need to watch the whole film now. Ill just fast forward to the vest and knickers bit and watch that...then rewind it a bit....etc (y)
That'll be the end bit then when she............
Nope I'll leave you to watch it :D

Assuming you mean the film about the 1976 F1 world championship, then yes I've seen it, a few months back. I thoroughly enjoyed it - I can just about remember watching the BBC1 highlights of the Japanese GP that year (I was 7) and reading about Lauda's crash at the nordschleife. There are inaccuracies and a certain amount of artistic licence, both in terms of who did/said what and with the filming (e.g. I might have pointed and said "That's not Monza!" at one point).

As above, Rush is a brilliant film, very entertaining even with inaccuracies like FIA catch fencing which never existed in those days, but a good film none the less.
I quite enjoyed Gravity.
A big recommendation for Bad Grandpa (Johnny Knoxville Jackass) I watched it on my laptop with headphones and got plenty of strange looks from my wife and sons as I was killing myself laughing.
The latest Riddick film I would say was the best of the 3.
Prisoners is good too.

I watched Gravity at the cinema in 3D sat in the 3rd row right in the middle, the knickers shot was worth seeing, probably the only bit of the whole experience that will transfer to a home cinema

The probability of success ( navigating space with a fire extinguisher)and overall story was pants but the 3D effects at the cinema were excellent

Gravity...... absolutely now in my list of the biggest pile of rubbish films ever. I fell for the hype and spring for the blu-ray version. Swallowed my indignity and watched it all the way through.

The outer sleeve is under the window (missed the opening), the case is by the TV and the disc is.... somewhere.

Its going back to Tesco when all can be put together.

I did like a few minutes of the opening but then it went on and on and on...,

Overall.... I am flabbergasted at how the whole experience has left me. I even chose to flick on Netflix and watch Armageddon just to get some space rush.

Olympus has Fallen -OK, brain dead entertainment which is often fun
Thor 2 -OK
Pacific Rim-SOOO BAD, has a bloke from East Enders in it
Iron Man 3 -OK/Different to previous
Captain Philips
Red 2 - -Cheesier, the bit on the M4 and the bridge in the UK were insulting
