Grainy studio images

Hello,

I have a small studio and having problems with grain or noise. I shoot at iso 200 with sysnc speed at 125. I meter with a flash meter. I think i am over exposing.

Noise usually indicates underexposure, not overexposure. Can you post an example straight from camera?
 
Well, that example isn't straight from camera so it's impossible to give a helpful answer, but even so it does look like underexposure, as well as being pretty unsharp

I don't believe that. I accept that you may not know that it's been processed but I think that what may have happened is that you've ticked the boxes for auto adjustments in PS and it's done it for you. Nothing else would explain that look.
