Story in Wales online about a pregnant Gower pony being firghtened off a cliff by the public getting too close (possibly with dogs) very sad.

If a misjudged action (dogs present or not) one would hope those who witnessed/caused it would have been horrified by what happened.
If malicious then they should see, if possible, the full force of the law.
PS IIRC I have seen the odd New Forest Pony with a radio tracking collar on.....I wonder if there is any practical way that a video camera (akin to a trail cam) would work. Thus recording some of the actions of people who approach the ponies?
