Got my first photo job

Well it has been a mad few days Sunday out of the blue I was made redundant :shake: this was from a job I loved it was also my hobby (koi carp) to say I was gutted is an understatement but it was either let me go or the business may not survive.
Today I get a phone call from one of our reps who knew I was in to photography and had seen the shots I had taken whilst in japan 3 weeks ago. He had just got off the phone from another dealer and he wants me to go and photograph his koi for his website how cool is that doing the 2 things I love the most.

Sorry to hear about the redundancy, that sucks!!! but at least something positive has come from a really bad situation. Good luck with it and you never know where this may lead.

thanks for the support, I was at the gym today a women there has asked me to do a portfolio of her getting ready for a competion over the next 4 months.
I have some questions as I have never done this before but that will be a new thread.
