GoPro question.

I made a time lapse video today made up of 1611 images on a GoPro 3+.
When I transferred the files to my computer from the sandisk ultra 16GB SD card the images were in 2 folders.
1001 images in 1 folder and the rest in another.

Is this normal or is there an issue somewhere either with the card or the GoPro?

It's normal & is explained in the manual.

Very normal. Wait until you are doing 20k shots like I manage.

The gopro studio will sort them for you too.

I find for time lapse stuff it's easier and quicker all round to leave them in the card and load them into a video file from there.
