I fancied going somewhere on the bike within about 40 mins. of where I live yesterday afternoon and found Sprotbrough falls after googling. Time of day wasn't best but got a few shots. Reason for post is 1. to show anyone that hasn't been yet what to expect 2. anyone who knows this area well, was I in the best place just around the bridge or is there anything else interesting if I walk a bit? and 3. Am I missing any other interesting spots around Doncaster, Scunthorpe and Gainsborough?
