Good rig for under £250?

I am looking to buy a rig for my Lumix GH4 and am uncertain where to start...

First of all, do I really need a steadicam or will a good shoulder-rig do?

What's the best shoulder-rig I can get for under £250?

I got the filmcity fc-03 rig and have to say it's a good starting point, was looking into buying all the parts to start building the rig but very quickly starts to creep in price, where for £250 the filmcity rig gives you pretty much everything you need, the only thing I would change is the follow focus that comes with it, it works but has a little play and just not as perscie as it could be
