Hi everyone,
I'm not new to photography but am not what you would call experienced. Over the past few years I moved from a point and shoot to a DSLR and the learning curve begun! I currently have a Nikon D80 but I'm now finding the camera is showing its age and is struggling with the type of pictures I enjoy taking. I love motorsport events, especially going to Le Mans for the 24 hour race. I also like low light photography which is where the D80's small ISO range falls short.
I'm looking at upgrading my D80 to a Canon 7D with a Canon EF 70-200mm f/4.0 L USM lens for start. The swap to Canon is so I can hopefully use a broad range of lenses my friends have already.
