Hello there, thought I'd come and take a look round. I'm a keen amateur photographer, shoot all kinds of old nonsense, but mainly 'urban exploration' (i.e. derelict buildings and stuff) which you'll either love or hate:)

I've had a website for a few years, it's at www.theviewfromthenorth.org. It's mainly urban exploration, but there's lots of other stuff on there as well!

Just had a look at your withnell fold shots I did that yesterday

also the old pub at the top of Botany is being knock down soon as is the laundry

Personally I wouldn't go anywhere near Northolme, houses tend to have wooden floors which are prone to rot or be burnt.
I tried to get official permission to get into the laundry but didn't succeed. I intended to wait until it had been trashed by the local chavs, which I think it has been now, but just haven't got round to going back. Most of the interesting stuff has been removed though now.
