Seems to be around the same price as most places are for body only. Presumably it's not UK stock, but they offer a 1 year warranty and seem to have decent feedback.

Am I missing something?

Probably an import however that doesnt seem to be a bad price for what is a brill camera.

Yes, VAT receipt. It says no additional VAT to pay, doesn't mention anything about a receipt. If you take the camera out of the country you could have problems at customs on your return.

If you need it repaired, you will have to send it back to the seller. Canon UK won't repair grey imports.

Bare in mind also that customs can chap your door up to 6 months after the item is delivered for the Duty.
I bought a game once from the USA and got a letter from customs wanting £5.50 duty 4 months later. lol
