Good birding locations in and around manchester

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to get out in my pop up hide to capture some wildlife , mainly birds, and hopefully birds of prey. Where I live does have some woods and parks but I would be a fool to set up there. I'm based in Manchester but willing to travel.
