Hi,
Just thought I'd say hello and introduce myself.

Having picked up a cheeky Canon 350D a couple of years back and since been 'playing' at this photography malarkey, I've found myself enjoying it and starting to take it a bit more seriously. I upgraded a month or so ago to a 1200D and accompanying EF 75-300mm III Zoom lens and am on a mission to learn how to use the thing properly.

Being an absolute novice and on a quest for knowledge and idea's I've stumbled on this fantastic looking forum where I've already picked up a few nuggets. Thanks for that!

Hopefully before long I'll be contributing too.

Hi there and welcome - and the 350D was my intro to digital photography and it was an excellent camera - it took me 5 years before I felt the need to move on.
