GODOX AD200 Radio mode issue

Hi all.
Can anyone help me with an issue i have with my Godox AD200, the radio mode function is not working, i have tried it with my XPro & it wont change any function in radio mode, channel & group are all matching, when i turn radio mode off & plug a XTR16 into the flash i can change the setting wirelessly but cant undersrand why it wont work in radio mode?, is there a way to hard reset the AD200?

Do you have the X1T trigger, specific to your make of camera? If so, then all I can suggest is that you contact whoever you bought it from, they should be able to sort it out.
 
I use X1T triggers for 4 different systems without any problems
I would say it’s the way to go as you get radio signal with them.
Just be sure to get the correct Trigger for you camera system !
 
I am beginning to think it is a faulty flash rather than a settings problem.

I’m tending to agree.

If the flash behaves with a receiver attached, it works as it should, it’s clearly a wireless receiver option, whilst I think the Godox stuff is amazing, this is one fault I’ve seen reported before.

Which is why I suggested that you take it up with the supplier.
 
Just dug out an older XT16 trigger, this triggers the flash intermittently in radio mode but still getting nothing at all with the XPro so the radio is receiving a signal(intermittently) & again the flash works perfectly with the XTR16 plugged in
