Just a quick question about the above flash, do I need a trigger if I intend to just use the one Ad200 unit or will it work from the wireless settings from my camera?

No, your camera wireless settings won't do it, you'll need a trigger for full control.

You can however, trigger it via a cable or as an optical slave. Both of which have limitations.

Get an XPro trigger specific for your camera and you won't look back.
