Hi all, im wanting to get get a cheap flash set up for a small home studio to take family portrait shots. At the moment i just use my Nissin Di622 but quite often get a shadow on my backdrop from using the one flash, ive just seen a twin softbox set up for under a £100 which uses 2 Godox 160di heads and just thought i would ask if anyone knows anything about them? Will they give a good result and do they sync fast enough to freeze active children! Im a complete amature when it comes to studio flash so any help appreciated.

Matt.

I also use some studio 160 lights from Jacobs originally. They are absolutely fine, probably the same thing. I compare them to my other set which are interfit 150 and in use both do the job.

Thanks for the reply, after reading a few posts on here i think i might just buy another Nissin Di622 and use those off camera. More portable too.

Cheers, Matt.
