Probably, but you never know. If it were me I would be pretty mad.
 
We had a thread about this a couple of months back, I think the companys attitude to her made her madder.
 
This girl has every right to win a large settlement from this company. She is a teenage girl whose face (let alone her work) was used without her permission and against her will to promote porn. She should receive the compensation that she would have been paid as a model and a photographer, and a hefty amount to compensate for the company's theft and verbal abuse.

Note that when she contacted the company, she was initially just asking for an apology and that the company pull the video off the shelves. Their refusal and subsequent verbal abuse of a teenage girl (after stealing from her) should be punished severely.

This girl deserves every penny she gets.

yeah theres a bit of a double wammy here isn't there. She's been violated as a person (model) and as a photographer - and to make matters even worse they used the image to promote pornography - And they even used a photo of her when she was 14!!!!!!

She does deserve a fair whack in my opinion - more than your average "i slipped on a wet floor" law suit.

You would imagine though, with it being the USA and involving a child and pornography being mentioned in the same sentence, she'll come away from it quite well off!.

I think she deserves every penny.
Its things like this that make me a bit wary about posting family pictures on the web.
