I stupidly leant too heavily on my 9361B whilst it was in legs out position and managed to snap one of the lugs you pull out to release the legs. Anyone know where you can buy spares from? Cheers

Good news, eventually. Contacted Giottos through their website and got an email fairly quickly saying that someone would contact me. Didn't hear anything at all then about two weeks later the part arrived in the post!

Sorry for resurrecting such an old thread, I have managed to break two of the clamps on my Giottos MTL9361B, I tried the website above, and Giottos.com but cant seem to get a message through to them. One has no contact details and the other fails to submit the form when I try (I've used different browsers)
Anyone have a direct email address to Giottos? Don't want to fork out for a new one and I really like this one!

b****r! I'll see if I can find a really cheap second hand one. Anybody got one they want to off load feel free to contact me!
 
Interesting and annoying , I am in need of a replacement quick release plate, messaged them last week via a contact us thing and nothing as yet. I don't want a useless head sitting around. Don't even know who I brought the kit from originally.
 
Is the top plate of the head that accepts the QR plate removable? It could perhaps be replaced with something else (eg. arca type clamp).

Giottos QR plates are available on Ebay.
