Hi Everyone,

I was on here hoping to find any kind of advice that I could pass onto my boyfriend. He has been photographing for years, and has developed into what many believe to be a very good photographer. He is trying to find a way to get into the industry in anyway shape or form to get started either professionally or just part time work. Does any one have some advice on how he might be able to start getting his work out there?

It depends on what kind of photography he wants to focus on. Each type has a differnt way of starting (Sports, Press, Portrait / Studio, Landscape and to a lesser degree, stock images).

My thread that birdy posted looks to be very usefull (definatly for me as i'm trying to get into press photography) but for other formats it's completely different.

He just needs to pick the type of photography he has a passion for, and then follow that.
