Velcro included

Here is a sample I did using gels from that exact pack. Awesome place to shop, get some ball bungees while your'e shopping there anyways.

If you really don't like the idea of putting velcro on your flash, you could put insulation tape on your flash first and then stick the velcro to that, or just put 2 velcro dots on your flash instead of a full amount, or just use a rubber band.
