Gariz half case FUJI X100F

Hi,

Recently received the above but am puzzled about the bolt that came with it. Is it for a strap I don't know. Anybody have any ideas.

Had one for the X100 but no bolt.

I think it's for if you don't want to use the finger screw for attaching the case. Sometimes the large head can obstruct the opening of the battery door.

I have one for my X-pro 1 and X-T1, the X-pro 1's tool less screw isn't flushed with the base of the case for some stupid reason plus when tightened, a corner of the "flap" sticks out over the battery door. For the flap to truly not stick out over the battery door it has to face 3 o'clock so to speak if 12 o'clock is the front of the camera. If it faces anything but then it sticks out. Or alternatively not tighten it all the way which is pointless.

So on the x-pro 1 I use a screw.

On the x-t1 the tool less screw is flush to the base and when tightened it stops at just the right place.
