Galaxy s4 lollipop import/export contacts?

Just wondering if someone could take a look at the contacts menu and see if the option to import and export to and from phone and sim option is there. The internet says t should be, but my phone has no option. Maybe that's something else samsung have messed up since updating it to lollipop!

On my sony Z3 compact running lollipop it is in the menu got by pressing the 3 square dots just below the clock (top right corner)
 
Sorry should read the question first.

just checked from contacts went to settings and import/export and get choice of device storage sim and sd card.

I am on Kit Kt 4.4.2 and have update turned of................ever since it messed up my nexus 7

could it be an issue with the sim being full or the sim being locked (in security)

Try a few of the contacts apps on the play store. There are some interesting ones. And presumably they all use the existing list of contacts, so can be used in parallel.

the option is only there when in contacts/contacts, when in contacts/favorites or groups or in call history (logs) it is not there
