Have forgotten password to an important Excel Sheet File [Damn grey hair]

Any advise how to recover it?

I have an add-in (created by Ivan Moala I think) that I use for cracking passwords.

It doesn't tell you what the password is, but it does remove it. The add-in works on both worksheet and workbook protection.

I can email you a copy if you like.
